Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched on a business day within 24 hours of your placed order (not applicable on weekends). We are not responsible for any delays experienced by the couriers when delivering your parcel. The shipment of your order is a separate service from HAXS and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters as it is beyond our control.

Customs and import charges
HAXS cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Please note that HAXS does not cover import or custom liabilities, and are not responsible for any delays caused by custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Therefore, the customer must be responsible for any outstanding customs charges or import duties. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. HAXS cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.
