Refund policy
RETURN and EXCHANGE
It is our goal that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply mail off your return within 10 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges can only be for the same product. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs, which involves the return and reship cost. In addition, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund if you are seeking for a return.

Conditions of exchange and return:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt by customer (no grace period).
- Items must be returned in their original condition and must be unopened, unused, tampered with.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable with sale items.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included.
If the item(s) do not comply with the above conditions, HAXS has the right to reject your order and will be returned back to you.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
